Collect the content, arrange the layout, typesetting, printing, and posting-out of the magazine.

at presenttwo team members take reponsibility for editing articles, one team member takes responsibility for the listings of teachers, musicians, etc, another for the diary dates and another for venues and resources. The subscriptions secretary (who also has a role with regard to teacher insurance for the network) has an important role in his/her own right and within the team. A member of the team manages the posting-out and recruits others to help, another keeps everyone on timetable and another creates the artwork . The design and print are out-sourced to a commercial firm. A member of the team collates all the material, including ads and inserts, and liaises with the printer.
each team aims to produce the magazine for a minimum of two and maximum of four years.
The team holds the Grapevine archive and maintains it in good order as a resource for the network and for handing on to the next Grapevine team.
Advertising and distribution of leaflets provide a source of income for the magazine and a service to the network so the team ensures a consistent policy and practice with regard to what is accepted and paid for and what is included within articles and letters for publication.
At least two members of the team must be directors (‘Guardian Angels’) of the Circle Dance Friends Company Limited. This is for legal, financial and practical reasons.
The team keeps in touch with the focalisers of the directors’ meetings , and either a member of the team or a written report is present at every Company meeting .
The Guardian Angels, in consultation with the Grapevine Team re current paper, printing and postage costs, decide the magazine's budget. The Team is answerable to the Guardian Angels for the costs incurred in the production of each issue.
The Guardian Angels also decide how much will be available, each year, for expenses incurred by the team e.g. travel, purchase/hire of equipment, etc.
